Wondering if anyone has used a MSD noise filter or something similar to stop electrical noise through to radio. I'm pretty sure the bad rfi noise i have is because of the msd leads. The motor is good to listen to but after a couple of hours a few tunes wouldn't hurt.

Do you have a capacitor/suppressor on your alternator? Otherwise an inline filter on the radio. Jaycar have them both or try an auto sparky.

Thanks for getting back to me Ace have had a auto elec check it out and he came up with the leads the cause. Have gone to audio mob in town here and they had nothing. 'BUt then came across the msd one and was curious about it . There was a suppressor on the radio but we played around with it and didn't help. :(
