Hi all, just wondering what you have used to sheild your starters from the exhaust on the Hemi6?

Yeah, why do you need to do something different. Have you had a failure?

There is also the extractor tape. Maybe you could wrap the extractors at that point.

My starter gets hot after long distances and needs a tap to get it going.
I've pulled it down and cleaned it, replaced the solinoid etc. but though it was good for a while it's doing it again.
Thought it was a common problem?
