Do we need to book in or pre-enter if we are camping only?

Dave, just pay at the gate when you arrive , it is $10.00 per day + 5 for camping so $25 total

Cheers
Shaun

Thanks Shaun,

We'll probably have around 10 or so blokes and a camper trailer. Plus 1 Racer.

Sound cosy Dave !!!!! 10 men in a camper trailer ......

Whats wrong with the rest of you not having a go, couldn't find a better place to have a casual thrash or 20

Timetable will be up soon. Generally the scrutineering will get underway around 10am with track soon after for Qualifying. we will run through until about 1.00pm when we will stop for a few hours in the hottest part of the day. Will recommence again around 2.30 to 6.00pm

Cruise will depart around 6.30pm to a pub somewhere for a feed if keen and be back around 8.30 , band will kick off about 8.00pm

Racing is 3 rounds for all competitors and will run through from around 11.00am to 2.30pm , then presentations , informal show in the morning

Get your entries in to avoid a hold up on the day
Cheers
Shaun

Ken, that's kind of like saying 'why root a supermodel??' There's nothing technically wrong with the last girl in the bar in the wee hours of a Saturday morning following a big Friday night, but it's certainly not the sweetest option!!

That said, I'll be in the swag in front of the camper trailer. Basking in it's glory, but not really living the full 'camper trailer experience'. Kind of apt really..

You'll be fine steve.
Where did you move up from?
Just be careful of the feral Nth Qlders though.
They're a breed of their own.

The entry form has a spot for payment of extra person, I have 7 mates camping with me atm so just to make it easier at the gate for everybody if i put down myself for Race entry then put down 7 Extra persons which is a total of $300 on the form then mail it out we should be right to just pay the total on the day?

Yeh newb question.

And also without derailing this thread ive never raced before so obviously never had my car go through scruteneering, what sort of things do they look for?

Cheers for help lol, trying to organise camping for all of us and get the car ready to go down the track with 2 weeks left is starting to stress me out a bit!!

I find the easiest way is just drill a small hole at the end of the curly bit of the handle and hook a spring through the hole and somewhere convenient.
