They will probably do a drivers briefing sat 12.30 and sunday morning before racing, and scrutineering runs from 12 onwards on sat, and sunday morning for any late comers, so just whenever you're ready before your first run, the shed is right beside the track, you have to drive past it to get to the lanes, and you'll need to fill in the day license while you're there at the shed so just do that at the same time,

so to recap,
take the car to the scrutineering shed, while they check you've got no major fluid leaks and nothings going to fall off, fill out the license form,
head around into the staging lanes, when they wave you up go up and stop in the waterbox, WAIT for the waterbox guy to give you signal to do your burnout, move forward into pre stage, make sure you're right to go, move forward into full stage (6-8 inches), when the lights come down leave as soon as you see the last (bottom) amber, do not wait for the green light,
after you cross the finish line and slow down remember the car in the left lane has right of way going into the return rd from the track (because hes already on that side) irrespective of who got there first,
then cruise slowly back up the return rd and the girls will be standing behind the tower ready to hand you your time slip.

No worries, there will be plenty of guys who'll give a few pointers on the weekend if you need them, just ask.

Well ladies , I know how you Brisbanites dislike the cold . All I got to say is grab tour thermals . 3.2degrees this morning in Stanthorpe , Take solace that Warwick is a couple of degrees warmer . If we get nice clear skies for the week we will need the fire drums going thats for sure. At least it will be a lot nicer in the staging lanes and cold air for the cars should see som good ET's in the arvo

Cheers
Shaun

Shaun, it was warm here this morning, only 6 deg. Well, warmer than Stanthorpe :D Even at 11am we still had a jumper on in the sun...

Definitely chuck in your beanie, set of gloves and long johns - or a good woman.

You guys need to harden up. When I was in Canberra there was still ice on the lawns at 1230pm. :P :P

Having said that I might get some reaction time advantages whilst you guys are still thawing out.

Looking forward to catching up with you all soon

cheers
